Plan your event even smarter—with favorites, lists, and team coordination
You find exciting locations, but lose track of them?
You want your team to be involved in the decision-making process, but email ping-pong is annoying?
Planning your event just got even easier: with our new list feature, you can keep track of all interesting locations, service providers, and team events—and involve your team directly in the decision-making process.
Here's how it works:
1. Mark favorites & add to list

Are you browsing EventButler and discover an exciting location, a cool caterer, or a perfect team-building activity?
Just click on the heart icon next to the entry and add it to your list. You can create a new list right away—for example, “Summer Event 2026,” “Sarah & Tom's Wedding”—or add the entry to an existing list.
This allows you to collect all the interesting options in one place in a structured way while you browse the platform.
2. Share the list with your team or partner

Once your list is ready, you can share it with just a few clicks. Click on “Share list” and select your preferred channel: via direct link, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter). The invitee opens the link and immediately sees the same selection.
3. The invitation arrives

Your colleagues, friends, or family members will receive an invitation to join the “Summer Event 2026” favorites list. By clicking on “Join favorites list,” they can view all the entries you have compiled.
The overview shows the locations or service providers on the list at a glance. No lengthy explanations by email are necessary, no sending links back and forth. Everyone is immediately up to speed.
4. Comment and vote together

Now it gets really practical: all members of the list can comment and vote directly under each entry. “Great view!”, “I know this from a friend” or a simple “Like” – everyone can express their opinion and see who has already voted.
This gives you a transparent basis for decision-making and lets you see at a glance which options are most popular. No more endless email discussions, no more missed opinions, no more lost votes.
