summarizes
Guests consistently praise the Biberburg's cozy, log-cabin atmosphere and its unique riverside setting in Hirschthal. The friendly, attentive service and tasty, home-style dishes - especially the signature filled rolls, salads and seasonal specialties - come up again and again. Many celebrated weddings, apéros or summer parties here and describe the organization as smooth from planning to billing. A few mention noise levels and occasional waiting times, but overall sentiment is overwhelmingly warm and enthusiastic.
