Corporate & private events
In a unique setting, Bergtrotte offers the best event facilities for companies, associations, clubs and private celebrations – from staff parties and Christmas parties to general meetings, conferences and management meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms or confirmations. With the Trotte (up to 200 people), the banquet hall (up to 120 people) and the restaurant with courtyard (up to 30 people), groups of up to 300 people will find the right space.
Our service
Personal support during preparation and throughout the event, packages with all services from a single source, multimedia infrastructure at concert level, seating to your wishes, white table linen and cloth napkins, and printed menu cards.
Experience modules
Complement your event with a guided tour of the Bergtrotte, a wine tasting, a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards, karaoke or a private film screening on three large screens.
Free parking is available directly at the Bergtrotte.

Nestled beautifully in the vineyards, Bergtrotte Osterfingen captivates guests with its stunning location and exceptional hospitality. The venue seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities, making it perfect for intimate dinners, corporate events, and memorable weddings. Guests love the peaceful terrace setting among the vines and appreciate the professional yet warm service that makes every visit special.
Wir waren bei Xia im Tee-Seminar. Suuuper spannend! Und suuuper fein. Die zwei Stunden vergingen wie im Flug. Kann ich allen, die gern Tee trinken und mehr über die chinesische Teekultur erfahren möchten, wärmstens ans Herz legen. Hoffentlich gibt's bald mal eine Fortsetzung oder Vertiefung!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Speiserestaurant mit erlesenen Weinen, grössten Teils aus der Region. Eine Spitzenküche die auch auf auf Personen mit Alergien und unverträglichkeiten eingeht. Ein superfreundliches Personal. Bei schönem Wetter ist die Terasse draussen zu Empfehlen, gleich neben der Namensgebenden riesigen Baumtrotte lässt es sich gemütlich sitzen und geniessen. Dieses Lokal ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen und zwar in jeder Hinsicht.
Mein Gastspiel in der Bergtrotte Osterfingen wird mir als Highlight in Erinnerung bleiben. Eventmanagerin Caro Keuling und Geschäftsführer Armin Waldvogel haben sich mit ihrem Team persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Jeder Handgriff sass, jede Rückfrage wurde mit echter Aufmerksamkeit beantwortet. In der Küche sorgte Chefkoch Adriano Pratsch für eindrucksvolle Momente: Vor jedem Gang trat er selbst vor die Gäste und erläuterte die Speisen, die so kreativ sind, dass sie fast schon ins Molekulare zwinkern – jedes Tellerchen ein kleines Kunstwerk, das sogar mich kurz sprachlos gemacht hat (und das heisst was!) Eine rundum gelungene Veranstaltung, die man gerne wiederholt.
