Berghaus Niederhorn

For your seminar, conference, workshop or private celebration, we offer you a special setting on the Niederhorn. Our rooms and gastronomy are also available for banquets, birthdays and weddings. At 1950 metres above sea level, you can enjoy the view over Lake Thun to the Alps and find distance from everyday life.

Choose the room to suit your occasion: our three dining rooms offer 30, 40 and 20 seats. For larger groups, the Panorama Hall with 150 seats is available to you; the seminar room offers 20 seats. We will advise you personally on the possibilities and plan the catering for your guests with you.

In our kitchen, we combine regional products with Swiss dishes and contemporary interpretations. Salads, soups and homemade cakes complement the offer. This way you can combine your event with a shared meal in alpine cosiness.

If you would like to extend your stay, the mountain lodge awaits you with 20 beds in double, twin and family rooms. Showers and toilets are located on the floor. Additionally, 22 sleeping places are available in the nearby dormitory, which can be booked from ten people onwards. The train journey on arrival and departure day is included with the overnight stay.

For your group event, you can combine the shared meal with an excursion into the mountain world. On request, we open the mountain lodge for an exclusive evening; a trip with the Niederhorn cable car can be arranged outside regular operating hours.
