Berghaus Elsigenalp

At Berghaus Elsigenalp, you can host your corporate event, seminar or family celebration in the heart of the Bernese Oberland mountains. Our venue combines comfortable rooms with a large sun terrace and numerous opportunities for shared experiences on the alp. We also provide a wonderful mountain setting for your wedding.

For larger groups and seminars, we offer the separately partitionable Allmigrat room in our self-service area. The cosy Elsigstübli is perfect for smaller gatherings, whilst our table-service restaurant complements your celebration options. For conferences, we provide projectors, screens, WiFi, flipcharts and moderation kits. You can book full-day or half-day packages and combine your seminar with an overnight stay.

In our kitchen, we work exclusively with local and regional suppliers. Our wine list features Swiss wines from producers we know personally. For groups, we offer menu and buffet suggestions and are happy to discuss your wishes with you. In summer, we combine table service with self-service: you collect your own drinks whilst we serve your food at the table.

If you would like to stay longer, we offer simple, rustic double, family and multi-bed rooms as well as a holiday apartment. In summer, hiking trails, bike excursions and the mountain lakes in the surrounding area provide excellent activities. In winter, the ski slope runs past the house, with practice lifts and a children's area right next door. You can reach us by cable car from Elsigbach, followed by a short walk from the mountain station.
