Bärgkristall Restaurant

Enjoy a shared meal with us in the dining room and combine your visit with a break in the hamlet of Fäld. In our kitchen, we predominantly use regional products. If you cannot find anything to your taste on our menu, please do not hesitate to speak with us: we will do our best to fulfil your wishes whenever possible.

We, Manuela and Jürgen Kernegger, have been running the Bärgkristall since May 2023. Jürgen is a culinary author, hunter, angler and grill master. You will find him especially in the kitchen or at the grill station. Manuela, together with our team, looks after the service in the dining room and the wellbeing of our house guests.

Our restaurant and inn are located at the small village square of Fäld, surrounded by sun-bronzed Valais houses and the mountain landscape of the Binntal. If you would like to stay after your meal, we offer you a total of four guest rooms and a studio. These include our Bärgkristall studio, the Rauchquarz suite in the barn, as well as the Turmalin, Anatas and Chatzegold rooms. For our overnight guests, we serve breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m.
