Private celebrations and corporate events with seasonal cuisine
Culinary delights await you with local cuisine featuring fresh seasonal products. Our head chef and her team combine the hospitality of the auberge with varied gastronomic experiences. For your reception and subsequent meal, you can incorporate our gastronomic offerings into your planning. Our own catering service organises cocktails, dinners and barbecues as well as Christmas celebrations and catering for conferences.
You will find us in the village centre of Aubonne. A large car park directly in front of the restaurant makes it easy for your guests to arrive. Public transport is also available: the Aubonne Gare bus stop and Allaman railway station offer convenient access. The restaurant provides you with secure, unlimited WiFi access.

Guests consistently praise the warm, attentive welcome from the team and new management, the stunning terrace view over lake and vineyards, and standout dishes like perch fillets and charcoal-grilled meat. The venue shines for private celebrations and group events, with staff adapting seating and service for banquets and parties. While most leave delighted and eager to return, a few mention slower service during busy periods or inconsistent dishes.
Un restaurant et un personnel comme on en trouve plus beaucoup ! L acceuil et l attention porté au clients est vraiment très chaleureux. On prends le temps de vous parler de vos expliquer les vins. Et le Secreto!! Magique !! Une pièce de porc noir persillée et préparée avec une marinade par la Chef Daniela, ce qui lui donne une texture très fondante, juteuse et des arômes de noisette. À demander 2 jours à l avance pour la préparation. Merci au patron Rui de proposer une table, une cuisine et une ambiance pareille, dans une salle spacieuse où le feu de bois apporte une douce chaleur. ★★★★★ Une excellente expérience du début à la fin ! Le cadre est magnifique, avec une atmosphère très agréable et surtout une vue incroyable sur les vignes et le lac. La grande spécialité de la maison est évidemment la viande, préparée dans un four au charbon de bois. Dès l’entrée du restaurant, on peut également voir la cave de maturation où les différentes pièces de viande sont exposées et affinées, ce qui donne tout de suite le ton. Nous avons été accueillis et servis par Paula, qui a été absolument adorable, professionnelle et de très bon conseil. Elle nous a notamment aidés à choisir un excellent vin de la région, parfaitement adapté à notre repas. Très belle découverte, aussi bien pour la qualité des produits que pour le cadre et le service. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 5/5 ⭐
