About us
Dine together in our indoor area or on our terrace
On our terrace you can enjoy your meal with views over the countryside and Lake Murten. Our indoor area provides an alternative setting for your restaurant visit. Adeline Gaillet and Sven Kauz run our establishment together; Demian Trinler is our head chef.
Our menu combines seasonal starters with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. In autumn, for example, we offer pumpkin cream soup, mushroom ravioli and a seasonal vegetable plate. In addition, you will find Swiss pike-perch with saffron sauce as well as game dishes with homemade spätzli. For your visit, you can choose between our à la carte menu, the lunch menu and the discovery menu. We present our current culinary events in our events calendar.

Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée dans un très bel endroit. Le repas était excellent, avec des amuse-bouches très fins, raffinés et particulièrement bien présentés. Le service était impeccable : ni trop rapide, ni trop long, avec un rythme parfait tout au long du repas. Nous recommandons sans hésiter dans la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
