About us
Private celebrations and small business meetings in Lavaux
At our Auberge you will find the restaurant, the Pinte and a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Our cuisine combines regional products and influences from the lake with Mediterranean accents. Head chef Nino Mango brings his Neapolitan roots to the table. We work with local producers and food artisans; the seasonal menu is regularly supplemented with fresh market suggestions.
In the Pinte you will discover wines from Rivaz and Lavaux throughout the year. Its name recalls the three suns of the vineyards: the sun above the vines, their reflection in the lake and the warmth of the vineyard walls.
If you would like to combine your visit with an overnight stay, twelve hotel rooms are available. The rooms offer free WiFi and flat-screen televisions; three have a balcony overlooking the lake. Our location in the heart of the UNESCO wine landscape of Lavaux opens up views of the terraced vineyards and the Alpine panorama.

Guests consistently praise the breathtaking setting between Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards, especially the shaded terrace with panoramic views. The star of the menu is the lake perch fillets, described repeatedly as among the best in the region, alongside fresh, locally-sourced cuisine. Service is often called warm, attentive and family-like, though a handful of reviews mention inconsistent attention or steep prices for the portions served. Overall, a charming address for a memorable meal with a view.

Obwohl die Küche schon zu war, haben wir leckeren Fisch aus dem See, Pommes und Salat gekriegt. Wein von Weinberg nebenan war eine super Begleitung. Service war sehr aufmerksam. Diese Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen.
Unser Besuch in der Auberge Riaz hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als nicht angemessen. Beispielsweise wurden die Eglifilets für CHF 48 ohne Gemüse-Beilage serviert. Die Pommes frites kamen lediglich in einem Metallkorb, der ohne Unterteller direkt auf den Tisch gestellt wurde. Auch beim Dessert fehlten Unterteller – Details, die man bei einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse erwarten dürfte. Oder auch eine Stoffserviette wäre angebracht. Die Mitarbeitenden waren zwar freundlich, wirkten auf unsere Gruppe jedoch wenig motiviert und etwas lustlos. Das fanden wir sehr schade, denn das Restaurant hätte aufgrund seiner Lage und seines Ambientes durchaus das Potenzial für fünf Sterne. Bei unserem Besuch wurde diesem Anspruch jedoch leider nur teilweise entsprochen.
