About us
Bar workshop for your group and cocktails in Thun
To start, you will learn more about the history of alcohol and cocktails. In the first hour, we focus on distillation and the types of gin, vodka, whisky, rum and other spirits. Afterwards, Ivan introduces you to the drinks, tells their stories and explains the ingredients needed. During the workshop, you can taste all the drinks presented. You will receive the recipes to take home so you can recreate the cocktails at home. The group workshop costs CHF 90 per person.
We also welcome you to visit our Atelier Classic Bar in Thun during regular opening hours. We focus on the interplay of flavours and the careful composition of cocktails. Our bar includes a terrace. Table reservations in the interior are possible until 20.00; we do not accept table reservations on the terrace.
In addition to our group offer, we conduct public bar courses. The next date is not yet known. For your group workshop, we will arrange a suitable date with you.

Wat een geweldige plek! Na een teleurstellende ervaring bij een ander restaurant vlak daarvoor, zijn we hier terechtgekomen voor een cocktail en wat een verademing was dit. We namen zelf plaats op het terras, maar werden al snel vriendelijk opgemerkt en welkom geheten. We kregen een glaasje water van het huis en daarna rustig de tijd om de kaart te bekijken. En daar heb je ook wel even voor nodig, want wat een geweldige kaart! Het is bijna een soort magisch verhalenboek, met prachtige tekeningen, quotes en uitgebreide, sprookjesachtige en soms hilarische omschrijvingen van de signature cocktails. Je merkt meteen hoeveel aandacht en creativiteit hierin is gestoken. De cocktails zagen er prachtig uit. Niet alleen het drankje zelf, maar ook de glazen en garnering waren duidelijk met zorg uitgekozen. En gelukkig waren ze niet alleen mooi: ze smaakten ook fantastisch! Ook de tweede ronde was een succes. We hadden graag nog veel meer cocktails geprobeerd, maar helaas moesten we nog naar huis rijden (ook al hebben ze ook lekkere alcoholvrije opties). De service was vriendelijk en ontspannen en alles voelde verzorgd en doordacht. Een absolute aanrader.

Our bar workshop with Ivan is designed for groups of at least 6 to a maximum of 12 people. The course lasts two hours and takes place from 14.00 to 16.00 outside our regular opening hours.
