Welding together as a team and creating something that lasts
Team welding with me combines art, craftsmanship and collaboration. In my studio in Oberentfelden, there is no pre-packaged programme to consume, but rather a shared process in which you work together as a team with metal, fire and form. From ideas, materials and collaboration, something tangible emerges. In this way, form can be given to what is still invisible.
I am Andrea Stahl, artist, welder and seminar leader. For over 30 years, I have guided people and teams in bringing ideas into tangible form. Not in a sterile seminar room, but in a former industrial hall with character. A place where things are created, experimented with, welded and developed together - something that has an impact beyond the day itself.
Team welding is more than just a shared event. It gets people doing. Different perspectives come together, decisions become visible, and from individual steps emerges a work that connects. In this way, material becomes more than just form. It becomes a shared experience with a visible result.
What to expect
After a brief introduction, you get straight to work. Each person works directly with metal and tools. I personally guide the entire process, so that even people without prior experience feel secure and can find their own approach.
Depending on the group and framework, either a shared steel artwork emerges or several smaller works. At the end, you take away not just the memory of a special day, but also something tangible that reminds you as a team with pride of what you created together.
