alpha thun

For your wedding, birthday, corporate event or seminar, we welcome you at alpha thun. Together with you, we tailor the setting to your wishes and compile an individual offer for your event. Our restaurant and separate hall offer you different options for a shared meal or event.

In our cosy restaurant, we cater for up to 60 guests at tables. Our versatile kitchen is at your disposal for your menu. The separate hall accommodates around 50 guests and can be rearranged according to your wishes. In warm weather, our sunny terrace with over 100 seats invites you to linger.

If you would like to combine your event with an overnight stay, single and double rooms are available in the house. The rooms, furnished with wooden furniture, create a comfortable setting; our breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning.

Our hotel is located just about 30 metres from Lake Thun. You can combine your stay with a walk along the lake shore. The beach bath, the culture and congress centre and Schadau Castle are nearby. You can reach us by bus from the railway station in about seven minutes; the stop is directly in front of our entrance. Paid parking spaces are available opposite the hotel.
