Alisha Varenne - Moderation with Presence, Energy & Intuition

Anyone who experiences me quickly realises: I have energy. When a topic captivates me, I bubble over, ask questions, dig deeper and draw people along with me. At the same time, I observe very carefully what is happening around me.

In profiling and as a mediator, I work with people, communication and dynamics every day. I quickly recognise how someone reacts, what changes in a group or when there is more behind an apparently simple sentence.

That is precisely why I enjoy working in moderation so much. Meeting people, picking up on the mood, reacting spontaneously, moving a conversation forward and at the same time ensuring that an event maintains its direction. I can give energy without overwhelming a room, and I know when a moment has more impact if you simply let it stand.

I enjoy bringing people together, bringing movement into conversations and life into an event. That is precisely where the fascination of moderation lies for me.
