My service offering is broad and includes all services that make life easier for my clients. Of course, this package can be tailored individually from client to client to create an ideal partnership.

BOOKING
Coordination and booking of public and private performances in Switzerland. This includes contract negotiations, administration, active contact with theaters/venues or clients, and the mailing of the relevant PR materials.

MARKETING
Creation and revision of promotional materials, e.g., posters, flyers, or websites. It can also include re-conceptualizing the overall appearance, including the logo. Additionally, developing and implementing a media plan to promote an upcoming event effectively.

PRESS RELATIONS
In addition to the regular press distribution for individual performances, I also handle media work for entire tours. This also includes media support on site.

BACK OFFICE
In the back office, I handle all administrative tasks: creating budgets, budget monitoring, maintaining address lists, responding to fan mail, obtaining permits, or managing merchandising, including CD sales.

TOUR PLANNING
Planning and executing tours across Switzerland, including contacting various venues and theaters, organizing technical details, transportation, financing, and seeking sponsorship.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT/LEAD
Scheduling, budget creation, cost management, funding applications, rehearsal plans, and project leadership.
