Your business aperitif in the pub in Murten's old town
We prepare our flammkuchen from yeast dough fresh for you. On our menu you will find variations with bacon, chorizo or tuna as well as a vegetarian combination with cherry tomatoes, courgettes and pesto. Gruyère, Vacherin and crème fraîche are among the ingredients in our flammeries. As a further accompaniment, we offer a platter with meat specialities, cheese, bread and dip. Whenever possible, we use regional and seasonal products. Our beverage selection includes wine and beer as well as smoky single malts.
Our pub is part of the Adler Boutique Hotel in the historic old town of Murten. The building has a history dating back to 1396 and was reopened in 2020. If you would like to combine your stay with an overnight stay, the boutique hotel offers you 15 rooms, an apartment and suites to choose from. Clean lines and a relaxed atmosphere characterise the house. This way you can combine your visit to the pub with a stay in Murten.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Reservierung - sehr freundlich. ||Check-in schnell und freundlich ||Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel - auch für unser Hund wurde geschaut. ||Preis an der oberste Grenze - ohne Frühstück.
Very pretty hotel and town. Wifi is a challenge as international phone struggled to get sms. Breakfast not in b hotel but a lot of choices in town. The town is lovely. Restaurants a plenty but also easy to go to the shop

Geweldige locatie, je stapt het hotel uit en je kolt in het midden van een aaneenschakeling van restaurantjes terecht. Het hotel heeft zelf een leuke, gezellige bar en de hovelingen is apart en je kunt vrij in en uit het hotel zonder iemand te storen.
