As a private chef and event chef, I cook directly at your location and create culinary experiences for private celebrations, weddings, corporate events and special gastronomic moments. Whether candlelit dinner for two, birthday, engagement party, family celebration, anniversary, aperitif, business dinner or an exclusive menu at an event venue: every offering is individually tailored to your occasion, your guests and your wishes.
As a former member of the Swiss National Culinary Team, I bring considerable experience, passion and a high standard of quality. Additionally, my work as founder of The Vanilla, Switzerland's first vanilla manufactory, flows into my cuisine. High-quality ingredients, craftsmanship and distinctive flavours play a central role in my menus.
The Vanilla also became well-known through its appearance on Die Höhle der Löwen Switzerland. However, for my guests, the personal experience always takes centre stage: a harmonious menu, a smooth course of events and cuisine that suits the occasion.
I cook at your home, at your company, at a hired venue or at a special location of your choice. Depending on the occasion, I develop an appropriate menu, tailored to the season, taste, number of guests and setting. If desired, service, beverages, decoration or other details can also be considered and organised.
This allows you as host to focus entirely on your guests, whilst I take care of the culinary experience.

Lieber Stephan, Das Echo, das wir gestern und heute erhalten, ist gewaltig und nur Superlative. Unsere Geschäftsnachfolger haben soeben Urs vorgeschwärmt wie sensationell ihre Vorspeise war (kein Fisch!!). Sie haben das Gefühlt, sie hätten sogar besser gegessen als wir «Normalen» mit Fisch.
