Chi soggiorna al Belvedere Swiss Quality Hotel di Grindelwald racconta quasi sempre la stessa storia: si arriva stanchi, si apre la finestra e la vista sull'Eiger toglie il fiato. Ma non è solo il panorama a fare la differenza. Colazione fresca e abbondante, camere pulite e spaziose, piscina coperta e jacuzzi, ristorante con cucina curata – tutto funziona. E poi c'è lo staff: Fred, Roxanne, Arturo e gli altri vengono citati per nome, perché qui il servizio si sente davvero. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, è la base perfetta per esplorare la valle.
Had the best experience at this Hotel!! Worth the money. Comfort, service and style all in one. Amazing outdoor heated pool, lovely welcome at the reception and superbly clean rooms. We cancelled our room at Hotel Spinne on the same day because it was old and dingy, not what was advertised. Hotel Belvedere saved the day! Special mention and thanks to Roxanne for the smooth, quick booking on the phone, to the warm welcome at reception and making us feel like home, after a long and tiring day. Thank you team Belvedere for your hospitality!! Will recommend :)
Fred is the best receptionist ever! He is friendly, informative, professional, and always willing to help. You can fully trust him. Highly recommended!
Outstanding hotel and great service. It’s the best in that region. I loved everything about it from the swimming pool to whirlpool with amazing views. Wir waren spontan zum Abendessen im Restaurant auf der Terrasse bei herrlichstem Wetter und perfekter Sicht auf den Eiger. Das Essen war sehr gut und wir wurden durch Herrn Baumgartl und sein Team Bestens versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Great location, only 5 minutes walk from Grindelwald railway station, with wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding area. Very comfortable in both the public areas and ones own bedroom. Great facilities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi within the Wellness Area, and in the bedroom. The latter had good blackout curtains, a very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities and even a mini-bar with the initial contents provided courtesy of the hotel. We only used the restaurant for the purpose of breakfast during our 3 nights stay, but there was a large and varied selection of items from which to choose, all being very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. There was a great team spirit. It definitely seemed as though nothing was too much trouble for them. Fully recommended.
An amazing hotel with great staff and a view that simply cannot be beat. We had an amazing stay.
