Recensioni
Just off the shore of lake leman, this hotel is simply beautiful. It is huge as well, like a resort. Room was beautiful, clean, with modern touches. Especially like the touch function lighting, all hotels should do that! Breakfast was very good, fresh, decent selection. Breads were amazing and the sauteed sweet potato was yummy. Service for the most part was very good such as doormen(Ruben) restaurant staff(Nicolas). Reception on checkin was bad. Our rate called for upgrade when available and the hotel only wanted to sell us upgrade and said no upgrade was available unless paid for. On principle, we declined. Instead of getting goodwill from the guests at no cost to the hotel, the hotel has now got a bad image from us and our circle. Not sure about this swiss hospitality. Value wise, it wasn't very good as the hotel is very expensive.
As ever, superb service from everyone and wonderful experience all round. Probably the best hotel in the world. I cannot give enough thanks and praise to all the employees in all positions and roles who looked after us so well. Exemplary service from all.
