Impeccable Service and Complete Elegance in the Heart of Zürich! What a beautiful hotel! The team has been on top of their game from day one. I had such a lovely welcome with pastries and a bottle of wine, and they’ve been amazing ever since. I’m currently staying in an Executive Room on a partial work and leisure trip. It’s been perfect—spacious and comfortable enough for spending plenty of time writing emails and taking phone calls, while still letting me step right out to do some shopping and walk around. Zürich is an extremely safe place, and you simply cannot beat being right in the heart of the city. The bar and restaurant are pure elegance. The staff has been helpful with absolutely everything—even bringing my daily Uber Eats deliveries straight up to my room without hesitation. My only minor request would be regarding the bathroom: I’m not sure why it doesn’t have a proper full glass or shower door, as it’s hard to stand and shower carefully without spilling water all over the floor. Also, the glass door doesn’t really stay open. You have to stay behind it and keep pushing it out, which is really weird for a five star hotel. I still have a couple more days to go and will edit this review once my trip is over, but I wanted to give a quick shout-out to the entire staff for their impeccable service and attention to detail. I absolutely love my room, love the hotel, and love Switzerland!

We had a fantastic stay at Widder Hotel! We needed to spend one night in Zürich and this was the perfect experience. They made our stay so comfortable. The room was spacious and beautiful. The library area and outdoor cafe were great places to sit and have a coffee/drink. The breakfast was also exceptional. On top of these wonderful features, the service was truly the highlight of our stay. Special thanks to Carina, Paulina, and the other kind and gracious staff whose names we didn’t catch. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Zürich!

Thank you to Benjamin Dietsche, Katharina Baumann and Carlinda Zingg for helping to make our stay so memorable. The Widder Hotel is centrally located in Old Town and provides a relaxing, elegant respite with all the amenities a traveler would want. Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious food and beverage, but most importantly, phenomenal hospitality.

The location is quite central, so you can walk to everything. There’s shops right on the doorstep, and tons of restaurants (although the ones in the hotel are excellent). The hotel is quite modern but still keeps the feel of the older buildings which is lovely. The room was quite large and roomy and the housekeeping service faultless. The breakfast was next level - best we had in our travels.|The thing that really stood out was service. The check in seamless, the concierge always one step ahead and teams in the restaurants very accommodating.|This is everything you’d expect from a 5 star hotel and more. It’s not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. We would definitely stay there again.
