Immer einen Besuch wert. Die Qualität ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
Wir haben ein fantastisches Wochenende im Hotel Schweizerhof verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir überaus herzlich und professionell empfangen – der Service ist hier wirklich auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau, ohne dabei steif zu wirken. Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bot einen traumhaften Ausblick. Ein grosses Highlight war auch das Frühstück: Die Auswahl an regionalen Produkten und die Qualität der Speisen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Spa-Bereich lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Man spürt an jeder Ecke die Liebe zum Detail und die lange Tradition des Hauses. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können den Schweizerhof jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
The Hotel Schweizerhof in Luzern was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very courteous and attentive and the rooms were very comfortable! One of our favorite things was our drinks at the Brasserie Vico! We had the most delightful drinks from our bartender, Dinesh!! I asked about one of the drinks and he asked me a few questions of my tastes and if I would mind if he created something for me. Of course I said yes and I was not disappointed!! Not one drink but two different ones! It would be a great bar to stop at even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, especially with the outdoor seating! We also loved the how the windows would light up at night with the various colors! It didn’t even disturb us when we were in our room! That was what attracted us to the hotel! Great place!
Prime location with beautiful lake views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everything was well maintained, and I had a wonderful stay.
This is not a hotel this is a heaven wonderful
