Stunning Swiss-style hotel with beautiful furnishings, amazing rooms and views, plus great lounge areas and restaurant. And did I mention the view? We spent a night in October (low season) and the facilities were as serene as we expected and the staff were really kind. Elisa from Front Office gave us a wonderful tour and made sure we felt truly welcomed. I would like to give a special mention to Ana Patricia for her outstanding service in the restaurant - a perfect example of Portuguese kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend!

When me and my big brother and my dad came we already had a feeling this would be a great hotel.the rooms were really but the bed was kinda uncomfortable.we really enjoyed the spa i can agree that this hotel is the best one in Crans-montana.

My husband and I met our adult kids in Geneva and drove 2.5 hours to LeCrans (our kids flew out from both California and Lisbon). We arrived around 9:30 pm tired from the air travel and jet lag. But we were impressed with the grandeur of the location and were even more impressed with the outstanding hospitality and exemplary welcome by Laura from front desk! After showing us to our room, we received welcome drinks and snacks - icing on the cake!! The Prestige Apartment (Room 001) was a luxury 3 bedroom/3.5 bath accommodation with majestic views of the Swiss alps. It was located next to the Michelin Starred restaurant overlooking the pool. The property had free shuttle to Crans-Montana which made it convenient to explore the cute towns with many other restaurant options or if you want to stock up on grocery items like fruits and Swiss chocolates. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was an everyday highlight. I already miss the crepe and the fruit salad. The exceptional Housekeeping Staff cleaned our apartment twice daily and left yummy treats every night. Hiking trails surrounded the hotel which allowed our family to explore the area. The staff is highly trained and came from other European countries. We saw Laura the three nights we were there and always took the time to see how we were doing. Truly loved the sincere care she showed our family! I wish we had gotten all the names of the staff who gave us the best time during our stay! But some of the ones we met in addition to Laura were Virgine, Zasha, Emilie, and Alexie. Thank you, everyone, for giving our family a wonderful trip to remember! Sending our love from California!
