Notre restaurant fait partie de l'Alpen Resort & Spa à Zermatt. Même si vous ne séjournez pas chez nous, vous êtes les bienvenus pour dîner. Dans notre atmosphère marquée par le feu de bois, vous pouvez prendre le temps d'un repas en commun. Notre cuisine travaille avec des ingrédients frais du marché, de la viande de la région et des accompagnements appropriés. Pour votre repas, nous vous conseillons volontiers dans le choix d'un vin de notre sélection.
Les familles sont également bien servies : les enfants trouvent leurs propres plats sur notre carte et une salle de jeux directement à côté du restaurant. Ainsi, les plus jeunes clients peuvent s'occuper entre les deux, tandis que vous profitez de votre séjour à table. L'hôtel associé vous propose également des possibilités de logement. Pour votre visite au restaurant, nous vous recommandons de réserver une table à l'avance.

Les clients saluent une cuisine de qualité servie dans un cadre chaleureux avec vue sur le Cervin. Le service en salle est décrit comme attentionné et souriant, la carte généreuse, adaptée aussi bien aux amateurs de viande qu'aux envies plus légères. Beaucoup apprécient l'ambiance conviviale du restaurant, idéale après une journée de randonnée ou de ski, avec des prix jugés cohérents pour Zermatt. Une adresse gourmande qui complète parfaitement l'expérience de séjour.
Pros👍 -the spa, pool, sauna, and onsen were absolutely legendary, cool experience where you can't get it elsewhere, such a relaxation at Zermatt and worth a 5-star hotel experience! Definitely the highlight of our stay. -booked for "Panoramic Quadruple Room, Mountain View", spacious room perfect for 4 pax with a loft, direct matterhorn view from the room I believe, but weather was not right during our stay. -we appreciate that the WC and shower areas were separated, with a basin in each area, very convenient for a group of 4. -free afternoon tea served at the lobby which was a lovely bonus. -breakfast selection was excellent, surprised to find fried rice on the first morning which is lovely for asian stomach like us, but unfortunately no more for the next day, but we still enjoyed the breakfast overall. -free shuttle service from train station on arrival and back to train station on departure made our stay so much more convenient only Cons👎that is quite disappointing: -ongoing renovation during daytime which we were not informed in advance at all, happening right next to our room and the noise was terribly loud, informed the receptionist but they can't do anything and we have to bear with the noise, thankfully the work stopped after 4/5PM, but still quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard. Definitely worth returning provided no ongoing renovation. Highly recommended, especially their spa!
We love the bed, rooms and facilities. Breakfast has lot of variety of food to choose from. The staff is very helpful during our entire stay.
Great, very clean, and well appointed "family" room with balcony view of Matterhorn. Staff and food very good with pricing typical of Zermatt ... Expensive! Would recommend!
This hotel is phenomenal with its amazing staff and location! Yannic and the staff took care of us really well. He truly made our stay more welcoming. The amenities of this hotel are also exceptional, with its amazing wellness area (pools, hot tub, sauna, kids water play area, relaxation rooms, etc). We will definitely be back to this hotel!
