We had a fantastic experience at Dunes Restaurant! From the moment we booked over the phone, everything was smooth and pleasant. Grace, who served us today, delivered five-star quality customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The meals were generous in portion and absolutely delicious. We are lucky to try their new menu today. It was definitely worth the drive to have lunch here. Highly recommend!

The hostess on Saturday 23/11/24 was amazing. She set the atmosphere from the start when she greeted us at the door, professional and well spoken while also being down to earth and welcoming. She’s a true professional and an asset to the business. We even tried to tip her at the end and she insisted on splitting it with her team.

We had our wedding here recently. Everything looked absolutely stunning, and the staff were all so lovely and attentive – we felt incredibly well taken care of from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, and the event manager Tilly’s attention to detail made everything perfect. We’ve had such a wonderful experience, and it’s a day we’ll never forget. Thank you for making it all so special! All the staff in the kitchen and on the floor were phenomenal! They were wonderful and we had so many guests mention how delicious the food was and wonderful the team were 🫶

I had my wedding here on 10/10/2024. Steffi was the kindest, most approachable and graceful wedding venue coordinator. She handled my Type A personality, incessant questions and random asks so so well! Guests also thought the food was impeccable, service was outstanding - nothing to fault at all. 10000% recommend.
